1. Our Charges include the day of admission and the day of departure.
2. Cats can only be admitted between 10am to 1pm or 4pm to 5pm.
3. Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will incur a fee of £30 per pen.
4. No refund is given for cats collected early than the date booked.
5. Under no circumstance will your cat be admitted unless we have seen a current and valid inoculation certificate.
6. We do not accept any responsibility for any virus contracted in the cattery or on the premises and or surrounding area’s e.g. Cattery Cough, Enteritis etc.
7. We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to persons or property whilst you are on the premises.
8. Any pet taken ill during their stay will be treated by our vet & and the cost covered by our insurance, unless this relates to a pre-existing condition. Any costs incurred for pre-existing conditions will need to be met by the owner.
9. Any medication administered during your cat’s stay is done with the owner’s consent & at the owner’s own risk and will only be administered via instructions given by the vet.
10. We will exercise every possible care and attention to the welfare and safety of your cat. However, we do not accept responsibility for problems outside our control.
11. Cat(s) will not be released after 5pm on the specified day of collection, this will incur additional charges at the daily rate.
12. The Lodge Boarding Cattery reserves the right to dispose of any cat not collected within 15 days of the stated date of departure, if no communication from the owner/owner’s representative is received and our efforts to contact the owner fail.
13. Cats sharing the same pen do so at their owner’s risk. If fighting should occur, for the cats safety, we have the right to separately house each cat and the additional charge will be due on collection.
14. As with all boarding facilities, we ask that all cats due to come into The Lodge are wormed and treated for fleas prior to arrival.
15. By ‘booking in’ by phone or in person and by entering the premises you accept these terms and conditions.
16. All cats boarding with us will need to be spayed/neutered.
